About RFNC
The Rumbalara Football Netball Club Inc. (RFNC) is the largest Indigenous football and netball club in South Eastern Australia, involving more than 400 Indigenous participants a month. It has a proud history of nurturing reconciliation, and improving physical, emotional and spiritual well-being for the Goulburn Valley’s Aboriginal community.
The RFNC is partnered with a number of organisations and institutes to strengthen community development, and provide community leadership in youth suicide prevention, health promotion and employment.

Position Outline
The position is responsible for instructing and building the confidence of young Aboriginal people in all aspect of driving as part of the Algabonyah Driver Mentor Program (ADMP).
The role will undertake skills evaluations, and ensure participants undertake all the requirements needed to take the driver’s test. The role will complete administration activities, such as logbook and lesson updates, and ensure a culturally safe and inclusive environment for participants.
The position is also responsible for completing daily vehicle inspection, and reporting any maintenance or repair requirements.
